Our Vertical Balance Systems find many applications in the care market. The Balancebox offers possibilities for elderly and disabled people that need extra help at their homes to make life less complicated. A height adjustable sink allows for example disabled people to reach the wash basin in an effortless way. Moreover, the Balancebox can be used in  homes for elderly or in rehabilitation centres to adjust the environment to new occupants. People that use for example a wheelchair can now adjust the wash basin to every height they want. The Balancebox will make it possible to move these applications up and down in a smooth, effortless and weightless manner. As a result, both disabled people and nurture will have the advantage of a limited  physical load they have to carry. We developed a Balancebox with a special lock function in order to avoid accidents when a system is not in balance, e.g. a  wash bin that is filled with water. In case of unlocking, the wash basin will remain in the same position until the sink is empy again and the whole system is in balance again.
